Specialized Coaching
We’ll provide specialized coaching on technique, progression, and accessory work to help you break through plateaus and hit new personal bests. Our expertise is in program design, rep ranges, and form to help you achieve your desired physique.

- Focus: Advanced program design, detailed technique analysis, and targeted accessory work to break through plateaus and build a specific physique.

The Summer Shredding Challenge
This is an intensive, 8-week program designed to get you ready for summer. The challenge includes a clear roadmap for training, guidance on nutrition, and a supportive environment to keep you motivated and accountable. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your progress and build a consistent routine.
This package includes:
- A structured training program
- Basic nutrition guidance
- Weekly check-ins for accountability

Ascend 12-Week Challange
Focused on maximum results in a short, fixed period. Emphasize body composition change, significant strength increase, or preparing for an event.
Content Included:
- Full 12-Week Training Plan: Detailed, progressive workouts (3-5 days/week).
- Advanced Nutrition Guidance: Includes macros, meal ideas, or a sample plan.

4-Week Power Primer
Highly focused on one specific area, such as increasing bench press/squat/deadlift (Powerlifting focus) or mastering foundational movements (Beginner focus).

Yes, absolutely. Our foundational coaching is specifically designed for people who are new to fitness. We'll guide you step-by-step, focusing on safe technique and building the confidence to train on your own.
We operate out of the Motueka Recreation Centre in Motueka, New Zealand. Our sessions take place on-site, giving you access to all the equipment and facilities you need.
Our coaching philosophy is simple - your fitness journey doesn't end when you leave the gym. While we'll build you a strong foundation in the gym, we also focus on the key factors outside of it, like mindset, nutrition, and recovery.
Results vary for everyone, but consistency is the key. We'll build a roadmap for your goals and track your progress in real-time. By focusing on consistent habits, you can expect to see and feel the results within the first few weeks.
As a personal trainer, my role is to provide you with expert guidance and education on the foundational principles of nutrition. We'll work together on building sustainable eating habits, but I do not provide personalized meal plans.
Yes, we offer specialized coaching for teenagers. Our focus is on safe development, proper technique, and building a lifelong love for fitness. We'll help you build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with exercise. Under 18 will need parental consent.
The first step is to book a free, no-obligation consultation. It’s a 30-minute chat where we can discuss your goals, your current fitness level, and how we can help you get there.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding.
